The Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust - Experiencing Marine Reserves

The Mountains to Sea Conservation Trust - Experiencing Marine Reserves - EMR would like to welcome you to explore the waters surrounding Aroha Island aboard a kayak for FREE on the 21st of April. This event is in partnership with Pacific Coast Kayaks NZ and TriOceans. Learn first hand about the importance of mangroves, the marine life that lives there and get kayaking tuition from the professionals. See yellow-eyed mullet leaping out of the water, stingray in the shallows or spot a Kiwi on land if you're really lucky! This is a taster into kayaking - expect to spend ~50mins on the water. Fun for the whole whānau. Donations (koha) are appreciated.
