Come on down to Cobham Oval on Sunday 15th September, between 9:15am and 10:15am to meet the Classic Taniwha and Classic All Blacks, learn some skills and join in on some fun pre-game activations!

Rugby

 Get ready to enjoy a fusion of Super Rugby flair and Pacific Culture because next Friday 12 April, Whangārei is proudly hosting Moana Pasifika v Queensland Reds at Semenoff Stadium!!! Gates open at 6pm and kick off is at 7.05pm.

 

Tickets are from $5 for kids & $20 for Adults. Available from moanapasifika.flicket.co.nz and at the gate on the day.

 

There will be free facepainting, Pasifika performances and plenty of delicious food & drinks available for sale.

Super Rugby Blues v Fijian Drua - Saturday 24 February

 Kia ora Northland Schools

 

We are very excited to be hosting The Blues v Fijian Drua on Saturday 24 February, 4.35pm at Semenoff Stadium!! Gates open at 3pm and there will be plenty of delicious food and drinks available for sale. The Little Blues will also be playing at 3.25pm.

 

It’s been 10 years since the Blues have played in Whangārei so it will be the first time for many tamariki to be able to witness them playing right here in Whangārei, Northland.

 

Please find attached a poster, it would be great if you could put one at your school or send out in your next newsletter.

 

There will be a Family Zone at the game. Tickets can be purchased from blues.flicket.co.nz and at the gate on the day.

Little dippers swim school

 

Term 1 swimming sessions from 31st January to 13th April.

As a local swimming school committed to promoting water safety and providing quality swim instruction, we believe that reaching out to Northland's students, parents, and staff through your newsletter would greatly benefit our community.

At Little Dippers we understand the importance of water safety and the life-long benefits of learning how to swim. Our swimming school offers comprehensive swimming programs for all ages and skill levels, including water safety courses, beginner lessons, and advanced training.

Sailing

 LEARN TO SAIL interested ? FEB. 2024 at lake Manuwai

We plan to resume the learn to sail courses at lake

Manuwai on the 2nd Saturday in Feb. = Sat the 10th. Cost is $ 150 for the course lasting till April 13th

. [There will be Family $ reductions]Sailing starts at 9.30 am

The course revolves around Family involvment, with independant

learner adults welcome. We have also had a number of “womens

learn to sail” groups in the past.
